I’m Marge Dunn and I have been working at the Mechanicville District Public Library since October of 2000. This is a second career for me. I worked for Northway Exchange, automobile auctions, for 28 years before coming to the library.

I am a Library Clerk with special attention to verifying new applications and organizing periodicals. I am a life-long resident of the Mechanicville/Stillwater area. Being a 1960 graduate of Mechanicville High School, I like visiting with my contemporaries when they come in. There are many issues facing senior citizens that can be dealt with here at the library. We share information about Medicare, Social Security benefits, tax questions and what is the latest Nora Roberts book.

I have been married to Bob Dunn for almost 45 years and have four grown children; Bob, Michael, Chris and Trisha. I enjoy spending my time outside of the library with my four granddaughters; Colby, Jordan, Meaghan, and Lauren.

Right now I am reading Prisoner of Birth by Jeffrey Archer and recently watched the DVD License To Wed. I like to listen to Celtic Women and “Elevator Music”.
