Meditation is a practical and effortless tool that helps to immediately bring your mind, body, and spirit back to a space of serenity, happiness, clear thinking, intuitive knowing, and deep peace. We will discuss what meditation is, how you can use mantras for deep meditation, as well as when and where is best to meditate. This event includes a guided mantra meditation.
