Yoga combines physical movement, stretching, breathing exercises, and mindfulness, which can help children develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Kids will engage in fun yoga poses which mimic animals, objects, or nature; pretending to be a tree, a cat, a snake, or a mountain. Children can calm their minds, reduce stress, and improve their focus and attention with deep breathing and guided visualizations.
