    Join the Friends of the Mechanicville District Public Library for a holiday bus trip to New York City on December 6, 2025, cost is $65.00 per ticket, bus leaves the library at 7 AM with drop off at Bryant Park. Contact the library to reserve your seat and make payment in either check or cash.

  • Bright Star Theater Presents “The Wizard of Oz!”

    Join us on December 10th at 6pm for a special performance of L. Frank Baum's timeless classic, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.  Presented by Bright Star Theatre, this fun and interactive two-person play brings the magic of Oz to life. Follow the comic duo Lenny and Mabel down the yellow brick road, meeting beloved characters like the Cowardly Lion, Tin Man, and Scarecrow along the way.
